Changes.
I don’t like how I look or feel, so what have I decided to do?
Change it.
I’ve stopped drinking pop as often, I started going to the gym, I started eating healthier and since Thursday, so 4 days ago, I have lost about 2.5 pounds, possibly a little more.
I’m really proud of myself, and I have a lot of goals now.
On the elliptical today, I went 40 minutes, burned 364 calories, and went a total of 3.2 miles.
This is where I contribute to my goal of starting to do at least one thing in my semester away from AGD that goes towards our purpose.
Not going in order, but you have to start somewhere..
